It might not seem it at the moment, but spring is just around the corner, and with the better weather we can look forward to getting back out onto the water after the winter hiatus.
To mark the end of winter and the return to sailing, PSYC are holding a spring “Launch Lunch” at O Sole Mio restaurant, Port Solent, on Sunday 29 March. Noon start.
This will be a good opportunity to enjoy a celebratory meal with good company. Smart-casual dress code.

Starters
Funghi All’Aglio. Mushrooms cooked in garlic, white wine and cream. (Gluten free and vegan options available)
Prosciutto e Melone. Parma ham and melon. (Gluten free available)
Cocktail Di Gamberetti. Prawn Cocktail. (Gluten free available)
Mains
Pollo alla Romana. Chicken breast cooked in garlic, onions, red peppers, tomato and white wine.
Pesce Spada al Limone. Swordfish lightly cooked and topped with wine and lemon sauce.
Tortelloni Alla Panna. Tortelloni filled with spinach and ricotta cheese mixed in cream and tomato sauce.
Bistecca Di Manzo. Sirloin steak cooked to order. (Add blue cheese sauce for £4)
Dessert
Cheesecake. Homemade lemon or chocolate cheesecake.
Tiramisu. Homemade tiramisu.
