PROVISIONAL RALLY INFORMATION
One of the few privately owned rivers in the country, the beautiful Beaulieu river has been carefully conserved by the Montagu family for over four centuries. Adjacent to the historic Bucklers Hard Village where in the olden day British Warships were built with oak from the New Forest, the area is full of history and remains an unspoilt haven.
The marina has been updated and now benefits from modern facilities and a personal touch.
Pop up restaurants are available Friday, Saturday evenings. See the harbour website for details.

Friday
Arrive from 1400
1800 - Welcome Drinks (bring your own drink) will be held around the Marquee and bar area.
Dining (own arrangement): Options include The Master Builders Pub, Beaulieu Marina Pop Up Food or on your own vessel.
Saturday
1100 - Treasure Hunt around Bucklers Hard. Follow maps, solve riddles, crack clues and discover secrets. Adventure, laughs and bragging rights guaranteed.
or A scenic walk to Beaulieu Village. Please contact Steph if you would like to volunteer to lead the walk
1800 - BBQ , BYO food and drinks in The Grand Marquee. Both a bar and on site catering will be also available.
1900 - "The Dinner Set" The fabulous Dinner Set will provide musical entertainment while you eat and then dance the night away
Sunday
1200 - Lunch at Gins Walk or Tender Rally to Royal Southampton Yacht Club, Gins Farm for Sunday Lunch (2 courses £28pp / 3 courses £35pp paid direct to RSYC on the day)

Note - any late cancellation (less than 3 days) of Sunday lunch reservations will be invoiced in full by RSYC directly to the skipper.
Monday - Depart
Registration: You will will receive and email notification when the event registration opens - this is normally around 6 weeks prior to the event. Registration normally closes 7 day before the event starts.
